Current1. Ensures achievement of annual regional target. 2. Handles and monitors annual regional budget allocation per area, per specialist, and per doctor. 3. Monitors client visits of each Oncology Product Specialists. 4. Provides business directions in the area through planning and identifying territory mapping, seeking business opportunities in the territory and cascading business directions of the territory. 5. Explores and maximizes all business opportunities through providing strategic support in building business relationship with key hospitals and industrial outlets as well as growing existing business and/or generating new ones. 6. Ensures effective MD engagement through brand and territorial programs by developing clear and logical business plans and promo programs for the region, aligning with internal and external business partners on CRM, strategies, and activities of the district; Overseeing and supporting the implementation of the regional business plans and promo programs. 8. Reinforces good governance by adhering to policies on company resources by conducting regular and relevant area meetings / contact / focal points to do monitoring, ensuring implementation of company policies and guidelines and monitoring assigned accountabilities such as tablets, samples, cash advance, company vehicle, cellphone, promo materials, etc. 7. Validates, consolidates and presents management reports by communicating periodic regional performance and analysis, action plans and people development review, utilizing and analyzing available market data and information (DDD, C1, PDBA data, competitors' activities, etc.) for decision-making and formulating territorial programs and analyzes sales and Rx performance and trends. 8. Manage self and direct reports by identifying training needs and developmental "gaps" and provide appropriate interventions. 9. Covers vacant territories to address the needs and concerns of the vacant territories.
