In general I found the answers on the questions customers asked and which could not directly be answered by the receiver of these questions. These questions could vary between one single simple question to large questionnaires.Questions from customers were coming in through Sales colleagues, Customer Services colleagues, customer information sites or e-mail addresses of the company and straight from the customer. Sources of information were colleagues with their specific expertise like Chemists, Regulatory Experts, Toxicological experts, Compliance experts and EH&S experts etc…But also information sources like SAP, share sites, regulatory sites like for instance Ariel and ECHA and several other available sites on the internet.
