Full-cycle technical recruiting & sourcing for R&D Product Management positions, achieving a 100% offer acceptance rate over the past 2.5 years. In addition, I advised my hiring teams throughout the process, ensured a seamless candidate experience, and handled complex immigration cases with our employee mobility team and legal counsel. This role also allowed me to work on several fulfilling stretch assignments, such as revamping our structured interview process with a team member, and refreshing Cisco's recruiting resources on Sharepoint with the TA Enablement team with the help of generative AI.Previously, I had the opportunity to work in a technical sourcing capacity hiring for hardware and software engineering, UX design and research, network engineering, test engineering, mobile, and product management.Tools used: Greenhouse, Avature, Sharepoint, GEM, SeekOut, Confluence, Gen AI, and various communication tools like WebEx and Slack.

I sourced active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases, while also educating myself on the consultancy's roles to effectively screen candidates. Collaborated with recruiters and hiring managers, developed sourcing strategies, and maintained candidate pipelines for high-demand technical positions. In addition, I conducted initial screenings to evaluate technical skills and fit, using ATS and recruitment software to manage activities efficiently. Directly contributed to hiring 100 engineers in 5 months as part of a team stretch goal.
