-Support 20+ partnerships with local businesses, soccer organizations, and youth programs to deliver community engagements in an effort to bring professional women’s soccer to Colorado.-Produce, publish, and manage content across social media platforms to boost community awareness and engagement in support for our bid to the NWSL. In 2 months, increased followers by 25% and reached over 15k accounts.-Overall doubled our social follower count, reached over 23k accounts, and created content that generated 20k views and 500+ interactions in less than 24 hours.

MBEP's mission is to improve the economic health and quality of life in the Monterey Bay region. My role was dedicated to increasing public awareness and action in four main initiatives: Housing, Technology, Transportation, and Workforce Development.-Post, monitor, and analyze insights for all social media platforms using Hootsuite as our scheduling system: FB, Instagram, & Twitter-Construct mass emails and help formulate bi-weekly newsletters about various regional events with a 2,000+ subscription list using MailChimp. -Write PR articles: Broadband Coverage Survey that was featured in Santa Cruz Tech Beat’s Newsletter-Attend various events across the Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito regions about Affordable Housing initiatives, Workforce Development, Technological advancements, and Transportation improvements.-Helped with the relaunch of new website mbep.biz using WordPress.-Ran two Paid Search Google Ads campaigns for home website: mbep.biz and education platform: mbcareerconnect.org

The Senior Class Council's purpose is to foster class unity and senior engagement, promote class pride and a culture of giving, and strengthen the connection with alumni.-Manage the senior class budget and plan school wide events for the Class of 2018.-Help direct and delegate weekly council meetings, along with managing a group of 10 interns who specialize in graphic design, marketing, events, etc.-Run, monitor, and analyze social media platforms & promotions: FB and Instagram that have 400+ followers.-Fund-raise for the Senior Legacy Fund (SLF), the only student-initiated and student-distributed scholarship that is dedicated to support the junior class for their senior year.-Script writer and director of the philanthropy video for our SLF Project -Raised over $1,250 in 24 hours for the Senior Legacy Fund scholarship on the University's Giving Day. My team doubled the amount raised from the previous year and was the most successful SLF Giving Day project to date.

-Assisted staff advisors by helping students create their school plans within the major.-Helped 20+ students a week revolving declaration of major, graduation requirements, class schedule, etc.-Planned, promoted, and assisted in 2-3 events/job workshops a quarter.-Involved in helping create a newsletter and FAQ sheet within the department.

-Experiment recorder for research associated with a statistical model and behavioral economics.-Observed/recorded participants' behavior during experiments to view how they think and react to certain questions.-Followed up with written reports that described what actions and behavior occurred during the experiment.

-Collaborated and researched topics that dealt with Chicana feminism, machismo, and Latina/o higher education.-Transcribed & crosschecked important videos and articles; I also provided results/opinionated feedback.-Helped revise a manuscript of my professor's latest book- Beyond Machismo
