I implemented systems that rebuilt attendance, suspensions, interventions, and counseling. I ushered in a cloud-based web-accessible system taking the district off its antiquated on-premise servers using client technology. I designed and implemented the Google domain, used by over 20,000 students and staff. Throughout these changes, I helped develop and implement training and ongoing support for everyone.

I was a highly respected high school vice principal with a passion for educational excellence. I dedicated my time to building systems that improved the school's overall running and ensured that each student received an equal opportunity to excel. I had a unique background in my teaching path, focusing on improving all students' educational outcomes. I worked to cultivate an environment of fairness and equality in school.
