Jatinder Singh Narula, is a senior management & engineering professional with 27 years of professional exposure into Sales & Marketing, Dealer Development, Dealer Sales Network Enhancement, Sales Training and Key Account Management within the Automobile, Commercial Vehicle Transport and Earthmoving & Construction equipment industries. He has been into a leadership position for over 20 years working within the earthmoving and construction equipment industry in sales & marketing and dealer development. JS Narula is currently heading the Sales and Business Development function of Telehandlers with JCB India Limited for India and SAR countries (Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Maldives and Sri Lanka).In the same organization (JCB India Limited), he has also headed the North Region as Regional General Manager, headed the Mini Excavator Sales and Business Development for Pan-India and SAR Countries. He hold the distinction to have established entire material handling sales force in Northern India through development of new product lines comprising of Pick & Carry Cranes, Skid Steer Loaders and Tele-handlers. Earlier in his stint with dealer development, he has extensively traveled all over the country and developed the dealer manpower through product sales training and customer satisfaction training interventions. He is also credited with implementing robust front-line manpower and customer interface processes at the dealerships. JS Narula has the distinction of having excellent product knowledge of earthmoving and construction equipments like the Backhoe Loader, Excavators, Mini Excavators, Wheeled Loading shovel, Compactor, Pick & Carry Cranes, Skid Steer Loader and Tele-handlers. Has extensively worked in developing e-training modules for these product lines and carrying out field learning initiatives for dealer personnel. He comes with BE (Automobile) and PGDM (Marketing) background and is an active member of All India Management Association. He is also certified as an Accredited Management Teacher in Marketing by the All India Management Association. On weekends, likes to spend time in imparting management education to young budding managers.
