As Editor in Chief I led the executive board and editorial team to the successful publication of a 140+ page research journal. My role also included extensive liaising with university faculty and staff as well as acting as spokesperson for DUURJ at university events. The DU Undergraduate Research Journal is a biannual, peer reviewed publication of research articles from all undergraduate disciplines. The mission of DUURJ is to encourage, recognize, and celebrate intellectual activity that occurs outside of the classroom, though exemplary research conducted in classroom settings may also be displayed. The journal staff is comprised entirely of DU undergraduate students and works in conjunction with the Undergraduate Research Association to promote academic research across all disciplines.

As an intern at World Partnerships's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) I engaged in high level meetings addressing critical subjects including counterterrorism and cybersecurity. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to interview several international and domestic experts in security, policing and cybersecurity. Additionally, I provided logistical and organizational support as well as assisted with research to identify future partnership opportunities for the organization.

As site manager, I held primary responsibility for the health, happiness, safety and skills education of up to 40 children per day at a youth bicycle camp. As a location leader I collaborated with international and regional management on a regular basis. Other site management responsibilities included creating employee schedules, planning daily camp curricula and payroll data entry.
