As lead of user research and design strategy, I use fundamentals, data, and a little bit of jazz to help our team distill complex problems and figure out how to solve them. I develop and implement scalable and efficient solutions to help increase equitable access to healthcare services for impoverished populations across the United States.

• Volunteered to build a web application that enabled free and charitable clinics to deal with call surges and manage volunteer staff tasks during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. • Piloted the web application with a clinic in Atlanta, Georgia.

Employed a human-centered approach towards curriculum design, academic research, and editing for Chaffers’ SpaceSpirit, his college-level course and eponymous academic manifesto on responsible design, social awareness, and well-being.

Provided UX/UI research and design consulting to early-stage startups.

Involved in training students to properly use Laser Cutter machines, regular maintenance, and troubleshooting of the machines.

Involved in regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the 3D Printer machines, as well as actually taking 3D print orders and executing both plaster and ABS plastic print jobs.
