In just 18 months, we tripled the volume in a stressed, back-order prone supply chain to a smooth one while minimizing backorders. While developing the supply chain and manufacturing operations, we launched over 20 new products and launched two successful new brands.Honored in the Inc. Engine Services: Worked with many product and process improvement teams and facilitated Kaizen Events in many areas. Reduced turnaround times up to 90% in component repair and improved visibility and quality of operations. Built financial models to track performance improvements and used the models during Kaizen training to quantify improvements to the bottom line.Finance: Worked with information systems and developed a Real Options tool for valuing their IT investments. During this time, I had the opportunity to be a part of the ERP selection team and lead the analysis of Pratt and Whitney's requirements versus the vendor's offerings.

Represented Body Engineering on a cross-functional program management team to resolve engineering issues and accelerate product development.As a Product Design Engineer, I began working in the Ford College Graduate Program. During my two years in this program, I rotated through eight departments in body structure and design, vehicle development and launch, and component manufacturing.When I completed the rotation program, I became the Underbody Engineer for the 1996 F-150 Pickup Truck. My team created the strongest underbody with the longest life of any Ford truck in history.
