Training, Employee Development- Branch Manager
Current- Manages the NCUA new examiner training program to include ten technical training courses, ensuring learning objectives meet job competency components.
- Supervises, plans, coordinates, and evaluates examiner training to include strategic planning, design efforts, and delivery of curriculum for NCUA.
- Establishes internal control systems to reduce risks and manages financial and material resources in order to meet annual strategic plans.
- Responsible for alignment of training branch structured processes and internal controls to ensure accountability, consistency, and adherence to agency policy and practices.
- Responsible for oversight of agency curriculum accreditation program, including over 50 NCUA courses and accompanied annual auditing process.
- Supervises the agency's National Training Specialists and support staff, providing leadership and counseling to enhance performance.
