In this role I report to the COO and run day-to-day operations of a recently renovated physical therapy outpatient clinic, with responsibility for managing a PTA and PT tech, staffing and scheduling, inventory, billing, marketing, reporting, insurance verification, and evaluation and treatment of our patients. My patient treatment approaches include muscle.

In this role I served at the Parkwood site in a hands-on individual contributor role focused on patient care, with oversight for PTAs. Special projects included a transition from Casamba to Rehab Optima software after a buyout.

During this time I ran day-to-day operations of the rehab center at South Colleyvine Ranch's senior living facility, and managed the relationship between Legacy (contracted) and the facility's management. While there we expanded the OT and PT caseload across the center and also launched free exercise programs to improve awareness of the center's offerings.

At The Carlyle at Stonebridge (112-bed rehab center) I took over a 15-member team and was tasked with leading a turnaround to improve staff retention and reduce burnout. In addition to transforming the work culture, we designed a new treatment strategy and implemented a managed care model, built new teams to execute the payor mix model, and optimized.

As Director I ran an 8-member team servicing a mix of MCA and MCB patients.
