Previous processing methods took 21-28 days to merge and de-duplicate 1.2 billion and currently performs merge and de-duplicate of 6+ billion in 4 hours on existing hardware.• Created a configurable deployment tool in C# that would integrate with load-balancers, removing servers from rotation, copy out necessary code, install COM objects, execute and scripts, run integration tests, and then put server back into rotation until code was deployed to nearly a hundred servers.• Continually improved skill-set of entire team through coaching and mentoring and hired better developers and engineers. As a result, was able to get more done with less people and less budget. Reduced necessary hardware footprint required to run all applications from over 450 servers down to about 120.
