I have been working in the Electronics Manufacturing and Medical Device Manufacturing Industry for 20 years total. I have experience with International business operations in a bilingual environment (English-Spanish). I also have experience working with PC Based Automation Hardware and Software, specially using equipment and Software from National Instruments. The main areas of my professional career are temperature profiling for the SMT industry, Machine Vision systems and with Dispensing automated systems using epoxy, flux and other special adhesives for the Semiconductor Industry and Electronics. I have developed great experience in delivering specialized technical training and developing teaching materials for the Semiconductor Industry using PBET (Performance Based Equipment Training) standards.I have developed testing materials as well for FSE's (Field Service Engineers) to evaluate and check technical performance.I am focused in delivering solutions to the customer by using structured problem solving and making their equipment performance excel by implementing corrective and preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programs.All the mentioned technical background allows me to be a Technical Consultant for the final user of our technical products and Capital lines and helped me to run Sales operations as a tool to develop strategic plans to provide integral solutions to our customers. And also helps me to market new product lines into new territories of interest. As an IPC specialist and trainer, I can provide integral solutions for the Soldering process in electronics and machine prototyping, using top of the line technology products.
