• Proactive and reactive media management for the 2023 Census - oversaw more than 990 media mentions of the census during my tenure, with 97% of coverage being positive or neutral (up from 73% for the 2018 Census).• Communications Lead for 2023 Census collaboration partnerships, driving joint communications and media programmes with partner organisations.

• Revitalised the communications strategy for a key, high-stakes TEC initiative: the refresh of a popular government website with an annual audience of over 2 million. This had a strong internal engagement focus, including change communications and an internal campaign that resulted in one of the most well-attended online staff sessions at TEC.• Led the external and internal communications strategies for two of TEC's flagship programmes.
