I started out in music in 1990 at the age of 8 with a keyboard. By the time I was in high school I was playing piano, guitar, drums, bass, and making recordings for my friends on a 4-track Tascam cassette recorder. After high school, I started DJing and producing electronic music. I did that for several years before returning to my roots in rock and metal bands. As most bands tend to do, we eventually broke apart. Covid came around and I began focusing on recording and the production side of music rather than playing live. I have always been self-taught in recording and production and had some degree of success on my own. So, I figured why not learn how to do it professionally? The biggest surprise that I found while pursuing my education, was that I absolutely fell in love with the sound design area of audio engineering on top of music production. I knew I found my calling. I take pride in the work I do, as well as the relationships I build. I firmly believe in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way.
