Custody Senior Analyst
CurrentMonthly revenue reports, quarterly forecasting and services quotes follow up for the international custody trading service. Executing and managing the investments made by clients and proposing investment opportunities and solution to complex problems.Calculate and present the operational metrics of the department to the upper management. Create reports to the customers about SLAs status, regulatory compliance, risk management and open requests. Attention to ad hoc requests from Internal and External clients.Review and application of the different electronic fund’s transfers of the daily operations for the clients and financial entities. Preparation of journal entries following the accounting application guidelines. Review and approval of instruction orders for investments received from clients. Partner with specialized investment entities in international markets such as JP Morgan and Allianz, to support trainings provided and received to the team members, along with timely resolution about compliance and operational requirements. Experience working with Trading ETF and hedge funds directly with the international operators. Ensure compliance with policies and regulation. Support with audits efforts conducted by government regulatory entities, internal and external audit. Task management of the department activities, coordinating and controlling own work and the workload of the analysts within the team.Acting Supervisor to cover the Manager's medical leaves and vacations. Update and maintenance on an annually basis the Standard Procedures (SOPs) and internal policies. Provide training to new members. Lead and support continue improvement initiatives by applying the SCRUM methodology.Main achievement: Revamp of department SOPs and policies. Project to update over 22 documents including procedures and policies of the department during 6 months period to fulfill an Internal Audit finding of outdated documentation with until 7 years of no updates.
