My responsibilities include:● Inventory management; moving processed and purchased stock into sellable stock and all managing all the spreadsheets in between● Fulfilling purchase orders; taking devices from stock, placing them neatly in boxes to specification then updating sheets and creating packing slips for the purchased devices ● Managing a team of 4 people in the processing of laptop device erasures using BLANCCO. (We erase all the data off all devices we purchase) ● Report creation using BLANCCO; compiling data of device specs from processed devices and sending them to bill of sale for purchase.Notable achievements;● Automated all the tedious Mobile Information Technology (MIT) related workflows from report creation to label making to inventory management.● Designed the inventory management system for the MIT division and haven't had any disasters
