I oversaw all of CDG's global regional offices and activities, as well as technical programs. CDG provided strategy, regulatory, advocacy, technical and marketing services to the 3G and 4G cellular and mobile broadband industry supporting both international wireless operators and manufacturers/suppliers.- Created an M2M (machine-to-machine) special interest group which grew into a separate organization.- Opened and hired regional leaders in China, India, Southeast Asia and Africa, supporting the doubling of industry mobile operators.- Developed a CxO Council of leading mobile operator executives from around the world.- Advised global operators on best practices for service offerings and evolution strategy.- Formed device teams to meet common requirements of mobile operators from Asia, the Americas and Africa, leading to greater efficiencies and economies of scale.
