CurrentLead the team of Engineers, handle the day to day technical service with the team, team development and coaching, lead, develop, organize & manage by objective the team effectively (including kpi), coach and develop individuals’ skills, competence and potential, create an environment in which the team can deliver according to the expectations within the Service Level Agreements (SLA).Communication and Coordination at all levels with a cross functional business knowledge: (Technical, Sales, Financial including CRM) with: International suppliers, customers, company departments (Sales, Logistics, Procurement & Supply chain, Administration).Regularly coordinating with the company directors. Manage and follow all Technical Support Maintenance Agreements. Manage all related technical sales, service contracts, spare parts, consumables. Obtain Customers satisfactions and assuring best experience. Responsible for the team training programs, performance and continuous improvement.
