Josh began his career in 1994 and in 1996 he founded Benefit Associates, an employee benefits and brokerage firm which was acquired in 2009. Josh saw the early opportunity in voluntary benefits and built BAI into a nationally recognized, top-tier voluntary benefits brokerage, consulting and enrollment company.Josh has also been on the cutting edge of technology and payments in insurance and built a successful consulting and advisory business driving growth of technology and payment companies through insurance distribution. Josh also has acted as strategic advisor to multiple early to late stage companies in the healthcare, insurance and employee benefit industries, assisting with overall business strategy and distribution.Josh is widely recognized as an industry expert and has sat on advisory boards of multiple insurance carriers and service organizations. Josh resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys spending his free time skiing down mountains, or waist-deep fly-fishing!
