Some aspects of my role at Codeware are:- Managing the design systems of the company and projects.- Translating strategy and vision from user stories into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive and class leading user experiences.- Facilitate the client’s vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.- Champion Service design best practice and create service blueprints/customer journeys

Throughout my time at DXC, I have worked closely with the Experience Team which allowed me to hone my User Experience and Interface skills, as well as building on my already existing skill set of client management and engagement. Upfront Events is our family-owned events management and artist agency that handles large-scale corporate, public and private events, as well as supplying entertainment into various venues and functions. Through Upfront, I managed clients from the inception of their idea, through to the execution of their event.Key highlights:
— Organised the Special Olympics closing ceremony in 2014— Heavily involved in the organisation of Melbourne’s Birthday Party which garnered over 12,000 people. The celebration starred the likes of Russell Morris and Daryl Braithwaite.— Managed and organised several large scale corporate events which were retained by Upfront due our customer service and management skills. Some of Upfronts' clients have been Hyatt, The Hilton, RACV, Flight Centre, Bayford Motors and Australia PostKey areas of involvement:— led pitch meetings with prospective and existing clients— development of strong client and supplier key stakeholder relationships— creative design and development for both events and entertainment— developed long term business plan and oversaw re-branding of Upfront— accounting and budgeting for both the business and events
