I have just completed an 18 month assignment working at Vogtle 3 & 4. The assignment involved both instruction and instructional development. I am presently looking for new opportunities and challenges within the nuclear industry. I am qualified to perform complete training analysis, instruction and can also function as a procedure developer.

Provide Onboarding Instruction for Craft Personnel arriving at the Vogtle Nuclear Plant.

I am working closely with an Engineering team that is responsible for replacing legacy Turbine Building Chiller equipment with new digitally controlled TRANE units. My responsibilities include the technical and operational reviews of six Engineering Change packages associated with the project. In addition, I am coordinating several sub-projects to help meet milestones within the parent scope. My involvement also includes assisting with the development and execution of the Special Testing Procedure that will allow commissioning and plant operational acceptance upon its completion. I have also been tasked with the training material development for both Operations and Engineering Support Personnel which will include a full Job-Task-Analysis to support, Lesson Plan, System Description, and Exam question development. As the Subject Matter Expert, I will provide the initial instruction, system walk downs, and labs to disseminate this information.

Present responsibilities involve the redevelopment of Equipment Operator Qualification Cards by identifying and incorporting Alternate Paths into the OJT-TPE process. This has become a recent INPO concern to ensure thorough comprehension of each system by the OJT-TPE Candidate.

Development of Lesson Plans, Student Training Materials and associated instructional PowerPoints. Development also included design and system drawings using Microsoft VISIO.

Was an INPO Certified Instructor within the Operations Training Department at Brunswick Nuclear Power Plant. Provided Instructional development, Qualification Card development, and classroom instruction.
