I am an experienced capital market participant, most recently Head of Investor Relations for FTSE 50 and FTSE Allshare companies. Prior to this, I have twenty years' experience directing active equity investments for a broad range of institutional and private clients in both the UK and the US. A lifelong learner, I am a CFA Charterholder, have an MBA from London Business School and am a Chartered Civil Engineer. I am a Non-Executive Director of Logista, a leading European distributor, listed on the Bolsa de Madrid, and a trustee of the The Cyclopark Trust, Kent, Europe's largest cycling facility, where I chair the Audit and Risk Sub-Committee.I give valued advice at both Board and Executive level derived from my corporate and fund management experience, the latter across all industry sectors. I develop and implement strategies - in Investor Relations this has involved refreshing messaging to improve transparency, re-establishing corporate credibility and successfully re-focusing investor targeting. I have experience of developing Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) messaging at a corporate level and have successfully integrated it within fund management.
