• Completed an in-depth qualitative research on populations’ and armed groups’ perceptions of Security and Development • Co-developed the research tools and methodology, conducted and led the field research, trained Central African field researchers and authored the report

• Led the planning, development and management of the programs and operations in South America• Significantly improved the quality and relevancy of the programs, incl. in working with local partners• Successfully led the design of 5 year strategic plans and their implementations• Established an ambitious fundraising strategy, and developed new partnerships with private sector• Ensured Gender was mainstreamed across the programs and that teams were kept abreast of related trends

United Kingdom

The European Interagency Security Forum (EISF) is an independent platform to encourage a more prominent role for security management in international humanitarian operations. It provides a space for NGOs to collectively improve security management practice, and facilitates exchange between members and other bodies such as the UN, institutional donors, research institutions, training providers and a broad range of international NGOs.• Coordinated, Consolidated and Represented the European Interagency Security Forum (EISF)• Significantly increased the NGO security network by convincing up to 50 major NGOs to join • Successfully expanded EISF programs and scope through getting donors’ funding• Provided regular security analysis, services and recommendations globally• Ensured budgetary supervision, control and management• Recruited and trained new Save the Children / EISF staff

• Taught “The Management of NGOs in Crisis Areas” to Master students• Fully designed and developed the course’s objectives, topics and content• Corrected the students’ final examination

United Kingdom

• Taught the “Strategic Aspects of International Relations” seminar class for 3rd year students• Corrected the students’ essays and homework in the course of the year

Afghanistan

• Completed an in-depth quantitative research on Afghans’ perceptions of Security, Governance and Development in 14 southern and eastern provinces • Co-developed the research tools using SPSS and GIS, conducted and co-led the field research, trained Afghan field researchers, co-authored and co-presented the final report to the client
