Oversaw and managed a 99 Million Dollar Construction project on the Ocean Front of Boca Raton (Boca Beach Resort). Held the position of Senior Project Manger with team consisting of over 33 inhouse PM's, APM's, Supt , Asst Supt;s , Field Engineers , Collaborated extensively with over seas Design teams , Projects Owner Represenitives , COBR , and all State and Govermental Agencies to insure the timely and complicated completion of this strictly time enforced contract.

Over saw day to day operations in the capacity of the onsite PM , building a new car Dealership as well as a new surgical unit , both in St Augustine FL.

34 Million Dollar Convention Center in the Mountains of Eastern Kentucky.

PM , recruited from South Fla to build a new Science building in Murray KY, special needs building in Hopkinsville , KY , as well as the Seaton Center (sports complex for the Wildcats in Lexington KY. Project cost totaled over 67 Million

General Superintendent , in my carear @ HDL / Time share Developer / in house General Contractor , I successfully ran and over saw the production of over 332 Million dollars of new Contruction and Development of new time share resort's and amenities. Also including was several million dollars of retrofit projects to existing properties and offices within the Company.
