Responsible for the management of all technical, coordination and construction related activities on a mixed use development extending over eight kilometres. The development provides over 500,000m2 of commercial complexes, showrooms and residential apartments, together with a feature shopping mall and parking for 11,500 cars. Currently engaged with the closure of Contractor Account and outstanding operational issues on behalf of the Employer. Management of design and the procurement and supervision of enabling works associated with the following concurrent projects:o Residential development ($ 700 million) which consists of over 2000 apartments together with leisure and retail components, with total GFA of 305,000m2 . o Mixed use development ($ 900 million) which consists of approx. 400 car showrooms and workshops, blue and white collar accommodation, retail, hotel & motel together with extensive motor sport / leisure and total GFA of 649,000m2.

Project Director / Senior Resident Engineer responsible for the integrated engineering design, infrastructure and site supervision activities on a prestigious development in Dubai with a built up area in excess of 11 million square feet. This comprised high end commercial units and retail together with high rise apartments and luxury hotels all constructed over a combined four storey basement housing all MEP services and parking for 7,500 cars. This included a fast track design and construction programme in which a fully integrated site based engineering design and supervision team was provided.
