Hello! I am Juliana Ribeiro, a Brazilian-born passionate Visual Designer based in Australia.I grew up surrounded by creativity. My mum has always been an amazing plastic artist, and my dad has been the art director of his own fashion company for more than 25 years. Learning from them made it easy to see myself as a designer long before college.I graduated in Visual Design at ESPM São Paulo in 2014, which also prepared me to work in Communication and Marketing. I offer a vast variety of design services, including visual brand identity, typesetting of books and magazines, video editing, typography, website layout, and photography skills.My awards include the 2013 Best Package Design for Enkel, and I was honoured to win the 2014 ESPM Best Academic Monograph final project for Visual Design.Currently, I’m a commercial interior designer at The Design Firm as well as at OC Interiors in Brisbane. I have studied Commercial Interior Design at Billy Blue College. You may wonder why I have added this new subject to my set of skills. Well, I believe design can become a major factor in brand building through a commercial space—an environment that is the point of contact and a positioning statement, promoting interactivity to establish a memorable relationship and ensure a positive experience for those visiting the space. That's why brands incorporate design into an ambiance project, built with its own visual language, facilitating brand recognition. Being able to work with both graphic and interior design not only widens my field but also allows me to align brand image in all its meanings.I like to see myself as a creative producer, and my work as a result of my experience, dedication, and love for what I do.
