Coordinated the regional IT Teams to support and administer the IT Systems and Business Intelligence Applications for Latin America and EMEA.Analyzed Business requirements, designed and coordinated the solution by engaging the required vendors and regional IT Teams.Designed a legacy Client / Server application to facilitate each country´s data load procedures and consolidating activities, coordinated its development and successfully deployed it to each country.Proposed budget for the hardware platform growth and coordinated the execution.

I implemented Hyperion Essbase and linked it with SAP BW to successfully generate a centralized Datawarehouse for TELMEX making it possible to create BI Dashboards and dynamic reports. The technology used was Unix Solaris Shell Scripts, .NET, APIs and Java.

I implemented the first certified structured data/voice cabling system among Mexico’s Port Authority Agencies linking several key buildings and offices involved in the import/export operations thru Fiber Optic, RF and Cat 6 cable.I successfully replicated the Corpus Christy, TX Port Authority Radio Frequency Data Transfer System allowing the arriving ships to transmit the Cargo Manifest to our systems electronically, reducing the time for this task from 2 days to 30 minutes.I implemented EDI Systems for Import/Export and Transportation Logistic operations that allowed the Customs Agents to clear the imported goods in a matter of 4 hours instead of the original 4-6 days. I picked a post 4th generation Object Oriented Language to accomplish this goal.I successfully designed and coordinated the first Y2K Ready Certification among Mexico’s Port Authority Agencies.
