Responsible for 2D and 3D modelling (Solidworks), as well as PDM, BOM, PLM management, supplier contacts (CNC turning/milling, sheet metal cutting, welding, injection moulding, gaskets etc.) and sourcing of mechanical components. Mechanism design, DFMA and field testing.-> Additionally, I am researching time-to-market reducing initiatives which among other things includes selection of radome front materials and 3D printed antenna gain horns.

MSc Thesis conducted in collaboration with Engineering Analysis-department, DRD | Leveraging Micro Injection Moulding (μIM) capabilities in DeviceRD through a technical and financial feasibility study with focus on identification of robust production parameters and mapping of process window.
