I helped lead the charge to transform the go-to-market model for B2B companies and change how revenue teams collectively deliver growth. As the strategy lead, I was responsible for designing 6sense's value delivery model, product use cases and strategic adoption framework for GTM transformation.To help translate our frameworks into results, I led a professional services team of experienced GTM consultants that brought our best practices & strategies to life across hundreds of engagements with many of 6sense's most complex customers. My team and I also acted as key internal SMEs for 6sense - sharing our strategic models to support field enablement, thought leadership and product strategy.

As an MBA summer intern during Dell's 2013 "Go Private" transformation, I focused on developing new operational metrics and management processes to support the strategic transition of Dell's 15,000+ rep commercial sales organization to a new business model.

As a commercial litigation and damages valuation consultant, I specialized in complex tech & telecom intellectual property disputes handling matters involving up to $2.5BN in claimed damages.I quickly grew from an analyst role to managing analyst teams tasked with developing detailed damages valuation models and reasonable royalty analyses to support expert testimony for high-profile litigation.
