I led a team of product managers with end-to-end ownership of the IMDbPro site, mobile apps, and backend systems, focused on driving customer engagement, subscription and revenue growth, business line expansion, and new feature development. As a member of the IMDbPro leadership team, I drove annual planning cycles, business goal-setting, investment priorities, and cross-org resource allocation.

I led a cross-functional product and engineering team, focused on new initiatives for IMDbPro including data insights, professional networking features, a knowledge graph service, and realtime homepage feeds. I authored and successfully presented multiple new product vision documents to IMDb leadership, and also led the company-wide 2022 operational planning process in the summer of 2021. As a manager, I hired and promoted multiple team members, coached a direct report through a successful career transition to people manager, and oversaw on-call and operational support responsibilities.

I built the business case/product strategy and launched multiple new IMDbPro features across web and mobile apps. I also delivered the first site redesign, backend migration, and IMDbPro integration for Box Office Mojo, which had been acquired by IMDb ten years prior.

In 2017, Subscribe with Amazon expanded to a two-sided marketplace for recurring sales of curated physical goods - i.e. themed product assortments, discovery boxes, sample packs, etc. delivered on a scheduled cadence. As a Principal Product Manager - Technical, I owned the end-to-end seller strategy, internal integration with core Amazon systems to move fast and scale, and product delivery to enable sellers to discover the program, create merchant accounts, onboard their business and listings to Amazon, update pricing and product metadata, receive and fulfill orders, handle customer contacts, and manage their business via reports and data feeds.

As Sr. Product Manager - Technical Products, I built the product roadmap and delivered tools and services to support seller integration with the Subscribe with Amazon APIs, authentication/entitlement flows, and business reports. This included the onboarding experience, developer documentation, sandbox testing environments, webinars and training materials, and operational SOPs.

I joined the founding team of Amazon's first 3P digital subscriptions marketplace. In this role, I built the end-to-end seller/developer strategy, product roadmap, and acquisition/onboarding operations ahead of the planned beta launch.

I worked in the Marketplace Seller Services organization, focused on cross-functional initiatives to drive new 3P merchant acquisition and success, including getting alignment for and launching Marketplace's first dynamic onboarding flow and first-use experience.In 2012, I interned in the Global Payment Services organization, building a product strategy for a then-confidential hardware and software product in development.

I launched ed-tech web apps for in-classroom and supplemental use, analytics and classroom management, and internal content/workflow management.

I delivered requirements and wireframes for multiple new product features, coordinated beta releases and led webinars, managed technical support and implementation for a >1,000-student on-campus summer program, and wrote successful RFP responses to become an approved provider for two of the largest school districts in the US.
