• Responsible for employee scheduling and assigning their daily duties according to business.• Responsible for all cold and hot food preparation and food purchasing for cold production, seven kiosk locations on campus, and the Hulen/Clement Dining Hall. • Maintain Texas Tech policies and procedures• Issue out cash money to cashiers, maintain petty cash, and deposits according to Data Central and Micros.• Utilize customer service to students, faculty, and staff in eight cash handling operations.• Customize and create recipes, purchasing forms, inventory, and employee records in WORD, EXCELL, and CBOARD. • Maintaining food and labor costs

• High volume Coffee Shop line person.• Garde Manger, responsible for banquets ranging in size from 100 persons to as many as 12,000.• Tasks included mass volumes of cold food preparation to be allocated to all restaurants within the hotel. Setting up and breaking down banquet functions and implementing people skills to the customers.
