Selected to serve as the first Entrepreneur-in-Residence at McDaniel College.- Collaborated with faculty to design the Encompass Distinction innovation curriculum track - Launched the first McDaniel Innovation Challenge- Mentored 50+ students to guide them through their business competition experience and take their next steps on their entrepreneurial journey.

Taught a self-designed introductory entrepreneurship course to guide students through the art and science of developing ideas that could change the world or maybe just Westminster, MD.

- Provided economic development planning and operational support to the City of Westminster while constructing the Mid-Atlantic's first municipally-owned fiber-to-the-home network. - Presented to local businesses and organizations about the Westminster Fiber Network (WFN) project and its economic development potential for the City- Developed economic development and marketing plan for the WFN- Assigned to serve as the Executive Director of the Mid-Atlantic Gigabit Innovation Collaboratory (MAGIC)- Launched two marquee technology programs for area high school and college students - Capture the Flag Ethical Hacking Competition and a Hackathon

- Recognized as a Carroll County Agent of Change and received the Carroll County Business Champion award in 2014 for two pioneering business competition models – Carroll Biz Challenge and the Carroll County Public Schools Biz Challenge.- Raised venture funding to bring these dynamic local experiences to every community through a competition-in-a-box web-based platform to make student entrepreneurship as popular as dunking a basketball or making first team all-state.- Managed the competition platform development from design through to launch, including educational content to guide applicants through the process of crafting a business plan and presenting a winning pitch. - Selected as an SIA Innovation Incubator Finalist in 2015.- Closed sales in 5 states to chambers of commerce, public school districts, and other community organizations to power local business competitions.- Acquired by Trinity Education Group, Inc. in December of 2016.

- Built a 2013 Carroll County Small Business of the Year award-winning business, starting from a PowerPoint Design gig sourced from Craigslist to meeting the online marketing needs of more than 100 customers.- Offered affordable digital marketing services to small businesses, including WordPress web development, SEO/SEM/PPC, and social media strategy.- Provided social media and online marketing keynotes and presentations to chambers of commerce, rotary clubs, and other organizations throughout the Baltimore/DC metro area.
