Joined Verinovum in 2014 as a contracted Sr. Business Analyst to document workflow processes for 9 Programs provided to the public by the Oklahoma City and County Health Department. Discovery and Documentation now completed, the role has morphed into one of Primary SME for the development of a new "EMR Lite" suite of tools for OCCHD, followed by Curriculum Design and Training for the Implementation efforts at the client's 7 clinics.Moved from Contractor to FTE in a VP role June 2015 in support of many large projects in the near future.

St. Josephs Hospital Group - Senior Training Consultant supporting the design and delivery of clinical curriculum. With over 10,000 Clinicians to train and support in Southern California alone, this monstrous project was completed successfully over a 17 month period. In addition to curriculum, classroom training and go live support, I was the primary go live Command Center resource for dispatching Trainer/Rounders to resolve specific issues. Authored curriculum for the Cherwell ticketing system in support of newhire trainers after our departure. Updated and provided reports to Leadership from the Healthstream LMS.

Delivered classroom training to all clinical roles. Provided Clinician Go Live support at the elbow and remotely.
