Coordinates and facilitates meetings with clients to consult on hardware and operation system requirements and configuration during and post-product implementations; making recommendations to improve and support business activities.

Responsible for remote technical support of Velocity Solutions’ software solutions and troubleshooting data validation errors. Reading, writing, and troubleshooting SQL statements, joining tables, and aggregating data. Monitoring and triaging all in-coming support requests for Velocity Solutions’ Overdraft (OD) products, in-house finalization of product implementations, defect correction, and provide Tier II phone and remote support for Velocity Solutions’ various software applications related to the OD product suite.

Brought on to build and implement a new corporate network infrastructure that had previously been outsourced and outdated; increasing efficiency spanning over several facilities located cities and states apart. Served as Project Lead on All-Scripts, a new agency-wide EMR software suite. Virtualized entire agency using VMWare creating servers and moving from physical desktops to thin clients. Built varying workstation images through VMWare’s Horizon platform and managed deployment of said workstations. Introduced vShpere to consolidate and migrate existing physical servers. Implemented and managed HelpDesk for more convenient and quicker resolutions for problems the clinical and administrative staff encountered.
