The course focuses on designing and planning accessibility features in the public right-of-way. Clients include city and state DOTs, MPOs and professional associations. Part of fundraising team responsible for asking member companies to sponsor and exhibit at a national conference as well as sponsor monthly webinars.Researched, developed, implemented and managed new programs including a new Web site, association management software and in-house social media platform. Organized, managed and marketed existing educational program. Coordinated conference logistics and sponsorship program.

Cedarburg, Wi

Coordinated three annual outdoor street festivals which attracted between 10,000 and 25,000 people depending upon the festival. Responsibilities included fundraising, publicity, selling booth spaces, managing volunteers, supervising garbage collection, creating new attractions, organizing food booth tents and working with community partners including Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce, Cedarburg Police Department and City of Cedarburg Public Works Department.

Started a computer training company whose mission was to help older adults and cognitively disabled adults become computer literate. Responsibilities included developing curricula and instructional manuals as well as teaching the courses. Clients included senior adult residential facilities and community-based work development programs for cognitively disabled adults.
