Leading the NDIA's critical service issue response unit, using strategic thinking, deep knowledge of the NDIS and compassion to find solutions to complex participant needs.

During a period of transformational change led the service delivery arm of the NDIA to deliver almost 100 thousand plans to people with disability. This involved inspiring and leading a dispersed workforce with a diversity of skills and experience to achieve consistency and high performance across the business.

Designing, delivering and managing over half a billion dollars worth of grants for the trusted community organisations to deliver local area co-ordination services as well as information, linkages and capacity building.

Leading the first NDIS pilot site and establishing the NDIA's presence in Victoria. Building connections with the local community, establishing a strategic engagement framework for providers new to the NDIS and developing service delivery models for scheme wide implementation, especially for those with exceptionally complex needs.

As a foundation member of the new National Disability Insurance Agency, led intergovernmental negotiations for the creation of the scheme, oversaw the development of the NDIS legislation, recruitment and training of national and service delivery staff, establishment of launch sites and leading the development of operational policy and practice.

Leading Australia's National Blood Authority to reform clinical practices for blood management, build world leading inventory management systems for fresh blood products through integrated supply chains, and generate savings for government through streamlined, innovative and strategic procurement of blood products.
