Assisted and learned about different IT operations under the direction of a technical team. Gained knowledge about procedures and IT operations, particularly those that concern our help desk and network operations. Our team was tasked to discover underlying cause for reoccurring problems reported via the service desk, cooperated to develop the remedy, and planned the execution of the solution. In order to discover opportunities for improvement in IT assistance for both new and current users, we recorded our end-user contacts and engagements using Footprints.

Implemented the service plan developed by the Director of Health Services. This process involved collaboration with residents, guardians, family members, or other responsible parties to initiate individual care plans based on predetermined healthcare objectives, physician instructions, and nursing evaluations. Assisted residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), family and social events, and actively promoted independent living. Guaranteed that residents received preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative treatments while also helping to organize nursing care.
