I am a past Global Chair of the IMA, having served as Chair of IMA's Global Board of Directors 2021-2022, Chair Elect 2020-2021, and Chair Emeritus 2022-2023. Serving in these roles was the honor of a lifetime! The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) is one of the largest and most respected global associations focused exclusively on advancing the management accounting profession. Comprised of ~36 senior volunteer leaders from IMA's ~140,000 members in over 150 countries, the IMA Global Board of Directors approves IMA’s strategic direction, monitors the association’s financial health, and provides oversight to IMA’s policies & procedures, volunteer committees, chapter and global communities, and other activities. Prior to being elected Chair Elect, I served several terms on IMA's Global Board of directors, originally 2009-2013 and continuously since 2015. While serving on the Global Board, I have had the honor of serving on each Global Board committee and in other leadership roles.
