Worked as an IT Consultant for the Oregon Athletic Clubs with the primary responsibility of maintaining and managing the current IT infrastructure for 3 remote club locations and the corporate offices. Lead the evaluation, planning and management of a project to migrate the company onto a new Club Management software package. This process involved evaluating the current IT infrastructure, recommending improvements, testing the existing IT hardware with the new software and designing a solution to support the new software.Supported the existing infrastructure which consisted of 9 servers running in a VM Ware environment.Created and maintained inventory of current IT equipment.Monitored the networks performance, troubleshot system issues and performed both scheduled and emergency maintenance.Managed the Exchange server performing adds, changes and other tasks as required.Primary contact for end-user support for all technology related issues. On call for any IT related issues. Worked with vendors to maintain current printer equipment and other vendors as needed for IT services.Primary Web Designer for numerous clients. This process involved the initial design work, implementation and customization to fit the organization’s goals and needs.Search Engine Optimization for clients to assist those organizations in ranking their websites on various search engines.
