This is a volunteer position for a local recovery ministry that meets at First Baptist Jonesboro for worship, discipleship and encouragement. I am one of several musicians that lead worship on rotation. Duties include choosing songs, leading the rehearsal time, and leading the worship service. Beginning in August of this year, I also took on the task of scheduling and coordinating the worship teams through Planning Center Online.

Plan Wednesday night worship services for Student Ministry. Coordinate, schedule, and lead Student Band volunteers with an emphasis on excellence and student ownership.

In this role, I assisted visually impaired students with classroom accommodations; greeted visitors, answered phones, determined customer needs, and provided targeted and accurate information and direction; compiled, created, and distributed digital content for the university newsletter and Disability Resource Center website; interfaced with students to arrange for testing accommodations, including scheduling, proctoring, and delivery and retrieval of tests; and participated in campus outreach and Disability Resource Center awareness activities.

Managed the day-to-day operations of the Worship Ministry with an emphasis on excellence, creative collaboration, and volunteer development.
