I worked with assigned City Agencies (Sheriff's Dept and Superior Courts) on IT Projects end to end. I performed onsite assessments and recommendations for potential solutions to high profile problems. My key project during this time was implementation of all technology solutions for the new Community Justice Center. This was a new building to house both the Courts as well as the new jail. I gathered requirements, built project proposals, hosted and led vendor calls, as well as worked to implement chosen solutions with not only managing internal teams but external groups as well.

In this role, I was a contractor to the City of Indianapolis, specifically assigned to manage the technology needs of the Department of Public Works. I was assigned to oversee the internal system used by DPW manage their workload. This included implementing agile methodologies within the organization, creation of backlog and subsequent prioritization, and deployment of new features.
