Customer Service Manager

Key Purpose: To proactively manage the relationships with Franchise Directors and Business Executives, by supporting and servicing them in order to promote new and maintain existing relationships within the Invest business unit.Roles and Responsibilities:• Effectively manage the relationship with Franchise Directors and Business Executives to ensure outstanding service.• Ensure that all service requests are handled within the agreed upon Service Level Agreements and that appropriate service recovery is done where there are failures• Act as the primary management interface with Franchise Directors and Business Executives for all Discovery Invest service requests• Actively manage trends such as incorrect submissions, escalation trends, rejection rates and report on these on a monthly basis• Manage special requests from Franchise Directors and Business Executives• Coordinate training sessions for new advisors, Business Consultants and Associate Business Consultants to educate and empower them on Discovery Invest’s business practices• Educate and train Franchise Directors and Business Executives and Office Managers on self-service functionalities on the web, products, transactional and communication channels.• Understand and articulate Discovery’s Invests service as compared to competitors• Produce franchises with monthly reports on their assets under management; successful new business figures and withdrawals leaving their platform• Achieve our Service Perception Scores goal of ratings above 9• Keep franchises up to date on any changes that happen within Invest either via email or face to face presentations
