Established pattern library for consistency of design elements and interaction patterns.Strategized and designed V.1 of benefits administration platform (Spotlite Central) from blank slate to delivery.Worked with product owners and engineers to develop a host of new features which brought Choice and Central closer to market parity with older, more established platforms.Completely re-branded the company including primary and secondary marks, color palette, brand guide book, print collateral, marketing website, videos, trade show materials, and talent acquisition. I was later told by Rally’s CCO that they were drawn to the way Spotlite’s brand, design and culture were positioned vs. other companies they considered acquiring.Developed a system for sending communications to client’s employee roster informing them of their enrollment status.Spotlite was spun out of a sister company called Perkspot. While at Spotlite, I worked with the CEO and CTO of Perkspot to overhaul the design of their platform before they hired an in-house designer to maintain it. -
