Acted as administrative support for my teams and clients, including scheduling and staffing media interviews, maintaining scheduling grids for C-suite executives across several business units, providing logistics on meeting and conference locations, providing background information on all journalists and analysts ahead of interviews as well as internal team organization. Strategically pitched top and mid tier technology and consumer publications to relay my client’s story or product offerings. I utilized services such as Group High, Cision and social media platforms to identify and pitch the top social influencers for each clients market. I analyzed and monitored industry news and client mentions through several services such as TV Eyes, Google trends and RSS feeds and made recommendations on social posts to ensure more engagement. Monitored all mentions of my clients and provided year over year data on coverage and engagement through weekly updates.
