As a part of Hult's Action Project, I worked together with MBA students in a consulatncy process for Dubai Trade, a UAE logistic company. In the process we went through, we brought the new ideas into the comapany.- Data analysis for different market segements- conducted primary and secondary research- present each step of the process to the customer.
