About Jessica Stratton

As someone who's spent a decade in nonprofit work, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to pour my heart into roles that truly align with my passions for community engagement, youth development, and building meaningful partnerships. My journey started with hands-on program work, designing impactful youth programs, and has evolved into a fulfilling career in nonprofit development.Currently, I’m the Development Manager for the Weld County Walk to End Alzheimer’s. In this role, I get to do what I love—bring people together, nurture relationships, and build partnerships that make a real difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s. It’s a cause that’s deeply personal to me, and I’m honored to contribute to its mission.From my time at the YMCA to the Alzheimer’s Association, I’ve been fortunate to lead teams, secure key partnerships, and support programs that are vital to the community.
