- Promoted to title of adjunct assistant professor from adjunct instructor after three years due to outstanding contributions to University and its students - Team with supervising professor and other instructor to develop coursework for candidates to earn the NYSED Gifted & Talented extension- Author "EDU 5291: Designing Curriculum and Instruction for Gifted Students" and "EDU 5293: Collaboration and Leadership in Gifted Education" to provide aspiring Gifted & Talented extension holders with the skills and understandings necessary to serve this population and enhance overall pedagogy - Evaluate student work, noting both adherence to best practices in G&T education and areas to grow- Curate and present multisensory instructional resources including videos, podcasts, and readings for students to increase their understanding about course concepts and improve their capacity for teaching G&T youngsters
