MOHARA is a facilitator for digital development. In my role I built a design function, going from two UX designers to a cross-discipline team of six, covering UX, UI, service, and content. I led the creation and establishment of processes and worked with the C-team to align and integrate development and design. Another key role was educating account managers on design and supporting them in spotting opportunities and helping clients see the value in what the team can bring.I found great meaning in advocating for designers as part of the senior leadership team and in cherry-picking the ways of working I've found most valuable from the places that I've worked and bringing them together in one place.Design has become a core part of the success of MOHARA, and continued to grow through 2020 with a strong position and consolidated approaches for the next three years.
