PERIOD Nov’ 2012 to Till Date :  Planning and scheduling of PM & PdM of Electrical equipment such as transformers, HT & LT switchgear, Motors, UPS , Battery Chargers , Effective control of spare parts thus controlling the inventory without affecting the reliability of the system by using SAP- MM module.  Completed installation and commissioning of 11 KV/6.6 KV , 5 MVA transformer, 80 KVA UPS, HT Motors after carrying out FAT and SAT .PERIOD Jan’ 2005 to Oct’ 2012 : Worked as General Manager in Central Engineering Services. Carried review and approval of SLD, equipment, lighting cable tray & earthing layout, electrical equipment specification based on hazardous area classification.  Supervising installation and commissioning of equipments HT and LT motors, HT switchboards, UPS and battery banks. Ensuring project completion through safe manner through EPC contractors by proper guidanance and follow up for safe work practices. Planning and scheduling of electrical activities in the major turnaround in April’2010 and executed various maintenance activities.  Trainer for various maintenance procedures of electrical equipments and Risk Assessment by Fine and Kinney methods. Carried out 6 numbers 2nd party Process Safety Management Audit. PERIOD Jan’2004 to to Dec’ 2005 : Worked as Senior Manager in LDPE Plant Planning and scheduling PM & PdM of electrical equipment by using SAP module and executing the same to achieve greater reliability of the system. Carried out various Management of Change and done engineering and electrical costing for the small projects. Supervised major overhauling of 9.8 MW motor and carried out VLF testing of cables and PD testing of CT & PT during turnaround. Successfully done various electrical fault trouble shooting. Attainments Attained EXCELLENT rating consecutive for last 7 years. Provided on job training for 500 hrs on various subjects. Acquired two consecutive excellent trainer awards
